Contemporary Legal Issues in Africa is a book in which scholars, legal practitioners, and researchers share their expertise and insights on various contemporary legal issues in Africa. The chapters critically analyze, discuss, and propose solutions to the legal challenges that are faced in Africa in the 21st century. The topics covered in this book are diverse and range from the influence of public sector corruption on the Nigerian oil sector to the challenges of good governance in West Africa.
