FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Los Angeles, October 3, 2026: Sulis International Press today invited writers to submit short stories and poetry to its open submissions program, which reads work for future anthology volumes on a rolling, year-round basis. There is no entry fee and no submission deadline.
Writers can submit at any time through the submission form. The Sulis editorial team reviews submissions as they arrive and will follow up if a piece is selected for further consideration. Because of the volume of work the press receives, editors are not able to offer detailed feedback on every submission, but every piece is read by a member of the editorial team.
The press asks writers to send polished, edited manuscripts. Entries with excessive typographical, grammatical, or formatting errors may be rejected without review. Formatting should be kept minimal. Sulis recommends Georgia, Garamond, or Cambria in 12-point type (or equivalent), single-spaced, with indented paragraphs and no extra line breaks between them. Authors should place their name directly beneath the title.
Sulis publishes through four imprints: Riversong Books, Sulis Horizon, Keledei Publications, and Sulis Academic Press. Open submissions are considered for future Sulis anthology volumes.
Writers of short fiction and poetry can read the full guidelines and submit at sulisinternational.com/riversong-contest.
